I was wondering if anybody knows of any way to extract "Billable Time" from all cases? I want to find out what our average billable time is across all cases but can't find an easy way to extract this data from CRM. If anyone can shine a light, that would be much appreciated.

Are you talking about resolution time for each cases ? If yes then have a look below thread-
Yes but I would like to be able to compare my resolution time across all cases to find the average time spent. It is extracting this data from CRM that I am struggling with.
