One of our customer wants to host dynamic 365 in private cloud and keen to have dynamic 365 online. which solution would be best for this situation. There will be intranet users who needs to access dynamic 365 online.
Ideally, using Dynamics 365 Online is much better since Microsoft handles everything and users can use across Internet rather than intranet.
Also, it's future proof as it resides in Office 365 and flexibility to use PowerPlatform (PowerApps especially) for the future as the paradigm is moving in that direction.
However, it's best suited what client actually wants if there's any particular reason.

Thanks for your answer. If customer want to host in private cloud then what would be the appropriate solution? I believe in that case CRM online is not possible.
Correct, CRM or rather Dynamics 365 on-premise needs to be provisioned and administered.
