Recently we had a challenge in CRM 2015 .we are seeing data mismatch with records in-front end and database. Kindly give us the solution.
Thanks and Regards,
which kind of mismatch?
post some screenshots with the data in the database and in the CRM UI
Thanks for your response!
We have created a record in CRM (For e.g. Created a Customer(id - C001 with Name (Antony). while pulling the customer records through report it is showing different Antony's status - deactive but in front end it is showing status - active which is wrong.
we have checked in database also it is deactivate only.
Thanks and regards,
Are you sure the statecode and statuscode fields haven't been mixed up? The active statecode value is the same as the inactive statuscode value so could potentially cause confusion
