I have a sub grid of connections on contact form. I am not able to see + button there but when I go to the related entities section and navigate to the connection entity I am able to see + button there. What is wrong? I am system administrator.
Might be a silly question, but are you looking at a record that is created or uncommitted?
I think you must have to read full Question. I am explaining more for you. I have multiple created contacts when I open one of them from list I am able to see connections + button on related entities :
but when I am expecting same on a grid I found no luck :
I think now you should understand problem.
