I have Dynamics 2015 on prem, but CRM is not accessbile even by browsing from Deployment Manager, i have created new organizations but no thing is accessbile and getting.
'Record is unavailable or you don't have access'. kindly help me.
Try to check in the CRM server event viewer log , hope you will get the error details .
Also please check all CRM Services are running or not.
Please try to login with system administrator user

there are multiple solutions you need to try with.
make sure all the SQL services and MS CRM Services are up and running.
In case used any service accounts for CRM & SQL Servers are not disabled , password changed.
Reset CRMAPP Pool , Reset IIS,
try with differernt user , who has assigned security Role, Clear Browser Cache. Try with diffrenet browser
Enable Trace , Restarting the server, make sure the connectivity between CRM server and Domin Controller.
