Im tryig to create a workflow that will update the field when the value of target field change,
Whenever i click yes in Escalated field, the status reason will change to escalated to Microsoft
Heres my workflow
but it doesnt work. i also want the default value to No for escalated field before i make it to YES
Make that workflow Real time Workflow.
How to change it to real time? can you show a screenshot how to get there?
and is there a way. when i changed it back to NO. it will clear or reset the other fields?

You did an amazing job there. workflow is now working. How about when i change it to NO? how will it clear the status reason or even when the escalated date/time field?
Do with Business Rule.
Set Condition if the Escalator is NO then Set Field Value of Escalator Date should be clear or Set Field Value of MS Ticket should be clear. and Set Status Reason to anything what you want.

I cant see this in Dynamics Online... Can i achieve this using workflow?
we cannot put the blank value in update the entity . So through workflow it is not possible from my view.

im not able to clear it using business rule. However, it doesnt save the changes.,
Its all good now, the information was saved. it just that we're getting that unsaved changes status in the lower right corner of the case. but as long the information is saved. were good to go. ... I hope Microsoft can fix that bug.
sorry... i take my word. we cant resolve the case. it does save the changes that weve made in the case
You have to manually save the form on clicking save button. or it will auto save the form in some second.
tried to saved it manually several times. but it does not allow me to save the case. but when i exclude clearing the status reason field im able to save the case . ... your thoughts? seems like there is a conflict with the business rule
You have to set some value in status Reason , rather than clear it because its a mandatory Field . Without that it can't save.
