We have an ADX Portal account that will not unlock. We have followed instructions on how to unlock the account and have removed the lockout end date and set the Access Failed Count to zero.
Contact is still getting the lock error. We are using ADFS and have checked the NT account, which is okay.
We have tried setting Lockout enabled to No but this has not made any difference.
Has anyone else had this and any suggestions?
Have you tried resetting the cache?
Hi Nick. Yes we have. We have raid servers, so would reset only affect one server, and could that be the issue. If so, any ideas how to rest cache on both servers. We can't find out how to see which servers we are connected to.
This is now working without further intervention. We are assuming 1 of two things
1- the lockout time had passed so that date had been cached somewhere
2 - the overnight had cleared the cache on both RAID servers.
