I'm working with Dynamics CRM 2016 (8.1) on-prem
The base language is Hebrew
when working with the dynamics mobile app, I see the English sitemap and I need to edit it.
Is there a way to do it? currently I'm can only edit the Hebrew sitemap, which has no affect on the mobile app sitemap
I had a look at my organization, which is 9.1 online, but this is not important at the moment as the behaviour should be the same for all versions and or languages.
For each organization you will only have one sitemap for version 8.1 the only difference related with the Mobile App is the fact that it will read different labels based on the local setting of the user and his device.
To answer your question, upon changing the sitemap in Hebrew, also the sitemap in English will be changed.
Here's the article confirming the fact that we use the same sitemap for both web and mobile:
"Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets uses the same sitemap data to provide navigation options as the web application except that it is optimized for presentation in the mobile apps."
I hope this helps.
