When I pasted it into the working area, an error popped up:
The attribute type "PartyList" is not supported. Remove attribute "To" from the query, and try again.

Can you share screenshot of the error you are getting? I tried your query in Fetxh XML Builder tool and it works fine as expected.

I am using SQl Server Business Intelligence and getting the below error:
"Could not update a list of fields for the query. verify that you can connect to the data source and that your query syntex is correct.
The attribute type "Party list" is not supported. Remove attribute "to" from the query, and try again.
To continue without updating the fields list, click ok"

I don't have reporting environment to test this but I guess if it is saying that party list is not supported that you don't have any choice other than removing the field.
