How can I customise the track regarding card in the Outlook App for Dynamics?
My team are able to track appointments from Outlook to Dynamics, however what I want is to be able to add more fields to the card so that they don't have to come back to Dynamics later to add information. According to the information of the Microsoft website, it should be as easy as editing any other form in Dynamics. However, no such form appears on the list (see below)
Can anyone shed any light?
There is a mis-understanding. That page explains about editing the card form Contact - which will be shown once Regarding is tracked, to show top 3 fields from the tracked regarding parent record.
What you want is adding more fields in the "Track regarding" screen before doing so. There is no way to do it, since it wants you to capture some existing CRM record as regarding parent record. Not for capturing more field values. Also this "Tracking" or "Set regarding" is simply a clone operation of Outlook item into CRM to avoid dual data entry.
If you want users to put more field values, clicking the ellipsis (...) to open the record & input.
