Dynamics CRM app for Outlook is working perfectly for a single email. However when it comes to the next email, I then have to sign in again, via ADFS, to be able to track the next email.
My Users would be fine with logging in once per day but not once per email. I am not getting this issue when using OWA.
Can anybody help please? Not receiving any errors. Office 2013 + CRM 2016 On Premise
This is most likely the server side ADFS setting issue.
Every time after logging in successfully, outlook client should have a token assigned from server side, so user does not need to enter credential again before token expiration. This issue happen most likely ADFS setting gave the client token very short life time, so after logging in, the token expired very soon. Then it will ask user to login again. I would suggest checking the corresponding token life setting on the server side.
