Just wanted to check whether there's a security role I can use to control who has access to send direct emails in bulk. At the moment in the UI, they can only do this by creating a view in advanced find, get the results, select the records and then click on the "Send Direct Email" button in advanced find.
Is there a way to control this function so that not everyone has the ability to send emails in bulk?
You should be able to achieve it through security role privileges. can you try to remove permission for "Email template" from the role and see if that hides that button.
