I am getting different results when I use the same views, what is the issue? When I use All Contacts view on Customer Self portal I can see only my logged in contact but when I use that view in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration I can see all contacts. On portal I can't see also contacts from my customer.
This is because CRM & Portal uses different mechanism to restrict/ grant record access. In CRM, you see records based on your security role permissions whereas in portals you see records baed on the web role/ Entity permissiosn.
By default, you can full access to all contacts in crm but in poratal, only access to your own contact record (the one you logged in with). If you want to display all contacts then create an entity permissions with type Global for COntact entity and add that t your web role ( administrator/ authenticated).

Hope this helps.
I have tried this but no success. Added new entity permission for Contact entity and added those web roles for customers but still can only see logged in user.
