Is there a way to disable the mobile app on personal phones and only let users access CRM through their company phones? With being a financial institution, we do not want client information leaking from personal phones or having users abusing the information. If there is a way to do so that would be great
Thank you for reaching out on the Dynamics 365 Communities. Unfortunately, Dynamics 365 does not have an out of the box way to control access to the Dynamics Mobile App based on device usage.
However, Microsoft does have a product that may be able to help. Azure Active Directory Conditional Access.
