Is the below scenario possible to achieve in Dynamics CRM 2016? Did lot of research and read the service schedule documentation but i have not seen this specific scenario is covered any where.
I am already using CRM 2016 on-premise version Service schedule module by setting work hours for the user and also at the site level(site is operational only certain times)
We have now some users working at different sites on different days on a roaster basis. So is it possible to set the below criteria?
User A --> Site 1 --> Works only on Mon and Tuesday ( Site 1 is operational full week bcoz other people are working)
User A --> Site 2 --> Works only on Wed and Thursday
User B --> Site 1 --> Works Thu and Friday
User B --> Site 2 --> Works Mon and Tuesday
