I'm new in Interactive Service Hub. My environment is Dynamics 365 on premise 8.2 and I'd like to use knowledge article but I'm having some problem.
When I open for the first time the Interactive service hub I'm able to view records in the view (as All Article for example) so I can open the record and modify it, but if I try to open again the view no records are shown.
Any idea please?

Looks like some script is failing which is not allowing the records to load. Few things you can try-
1) Try clearing cache and see if it helps.
2) Try it in new browser/ incognito mode and also from some other user. Just in case if it is related to browser-or user specific.
3) Check developer console (f12) for any script errors (red highlighted). Based on the result, see if you can figure out if it is custom script or system script. If system, then you have to contact Microsoft support. If custom, then try to debug.
