I want to add Attach a file input field so I can upload some images on create a new case form. Tried to fined some filed but no success.
If you're referring to the Dynamics 365 Portals, the new case form is an Entity Form, which you can enable file uploads in a couple of ways:
Or by using the Attach File options in the Additional Settings described here:
The second option might work better for you, as it can be enabled on the create. The first option is only available after the record is created.
Hope that helps.
You don't need to make any developments for this case.
You can use notes entity in Dynamics.
I think you should have to use OOB entity to upload files rather than creating any custom input field.
Anyway 'Notes' entity will give you result that you want.
Resolved, tnx. Founded solution here dynamics365authority.com/.../d365-crm-portal-adding-attach-file-additional-settings-in-entity-form
