We have some "Record Creation and Update Rules".
We found that during testing we were unable to open the Case form.
We decided to create a new set of Rules which work fine.
Unfortunately we cannot delete the old rules. We get an error which states it is unable to find a Workflow and provides a GUID.
My guess is that the rules create a workflow when activated and somehow the workflows are not present so I seem to be in a Catch-22 situation.
Any idea as to how I can remove them?
P.S. Not sure what the original problem was with the Case form. we were doing a migration from on premise to online and I suspect we ended up with 2 forms somehow. Anyway this does not seem to be an issue anymore except possibly here.
Additional troubleshooting and further details will be required to troubleshoot this.
I would recommend to raise a support request with us to get this resolved / get that Workflow removed.
