I've got a active cases view in Dynamics. I've created a new model-driven app with this view and added owner as a field to display in the view. The problem is that when intermittently when I go to cases and see the view. You can see the Owner value doesn't display. I then did a hard refresh and then it would display.
Please clean the browser cache or change another browser.
Clearing the cache doesn't seem to fix the issue. I'm on Chrome 79.0.3945.88. Changed to Firefox and it seems to work but the preference for most people is Chrome. Not sure why it's doing this. Might try to reduce the width of the owner column.
MikeC282 has raised very interesting point here regarding model-driven app, I think he is not that satisfied with the new features of it. Now topicsmill is providing controversial debate topics. But it is good when you write review about different things and try to get your problem solved by this kind of complaints.
So this issue is still happening and I can't for the life of me figure out why. It seems to only happen in Chrome and I do have the latest version of Chrome.
One thing I did do on the views is added web resources for icons for the status reason column and priority column for cases. It's a supported feature in Dynamics and they've documented it here:
Now I'm not sure if this is causing the owner column to no longer display the name of the owner.
