We're still on Dynamics 365 v8 On Prem and I'm starting to build our servers to test moving up to v9. With Update 18.104.22.168 being the latest I'll roll this out, but I'd like to manually install all the prerequisite applications since the systems may not have Internet access during installation plus I'd like to guarantee each server we stand up through each environment has identical components. I'm unable to find a good list of the required components with versions and links to download from Microsoft, so I hoped someone either knew where this was on Microsoft's site or possibly had already built such a list.
Thanks in advance for the assistance.

This isn't really what I'm looking for... when CRM is installed it downloads about a dozen or so required applications and installs them. I need to find those applications and download the installers so I have them to manually install on the web servers as they're built. When the CRM installation then runs it shouldn't need to visit the Internet for anything else as it won't have Internet access at that time.
This is a good resource and one I do follow during our planning -- but it doesn't refer to all the ancillary applications it installs during install.
