I'm currently using a portal for my community of almost 4000 members but this portal will cease to exist. Therefore I'm now looking into the possibilities of another vendor.
In the new portal I need to give the users access to different types of content, depending on their profile (so yoga teacher different content than nutritionist) and I would like to track the behavior of the people in order to spot up/ cross sell possibilities.Besides that I would like them to interact and form sub groups (like for working together on projects)I spoke already with a Microsoft rep, but this person did not seem to have the knowledge to give me a clear answer on the requirementsIs this possible? What types of licenses do i need, how much does that cost more or less. Do I pay just a fee for the portal or do i pay a memeber fee for each person that gets access.
I am assuming you already have Dynamics 365 is that it? would it be an on-prem installation or online?
