Hi D365 community I have custom application calls “Stay in Touch” and some of the users are not able to enter to that application from CRM Mobile
UAT envt “stay in touch” is not available for users below:
(business unit “stay in touch” & role “system admin”)
(business unit ‘Internationale zone » & role «manager Group)
But it’s OK in the settings for me with business unit “stay in touch” & role “system admin”. UAT envt “stay in touch” is available on my mobile app Dynamics 365 for phones but not for other security roles
As you seen below, application stay in touch has been correctly published for roles “system admin” and « manager Group”
What can be the solution ?
I never faced this issue. But you should try this:
"Go to the Apps Being Edited view, and publish the app again."
