Was looking into creating a public online web form that would feed the submission back to Dynamics and create a new record. A requirement is that it's also able to have files uploaded to the form (which Microsoft forms currently only allows within your organization so I can't use it for this example)
Has anybody done this/know the best path to go down?
One thing I saw is that I could use an existing product (something like Plumsail forms for example - https://plumsail.com/forms/)
You can use Dynamics 365 Portals https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/introduction-to-dynamics-365-portals/
Or Power Apps Portals https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/overview
