We have a custom solution D365.
OOB installation marketing app does not show up a custom form at the contact entity when you create a new person
the possibility to switch with the system admin role to the custom contact form is not possible.
I have checked the form order in the custom solution and in the default settings and the custom form is the primary form at top of all forms and also set to a fall back form.
Does someone have a solution without changing the default system settings?
I believe it's related to App Designer. Open app designer, go to "Contact" settings and add mentioned form to the list of forms available for your application - docs.microsoft.com/.../add-edit-app-components
