we have one customer system, which behaves different than others.

Here is the process:

  1. We made a custom synchronization filter, which filters contacts, that the user follows.
  2. The contact is ONLY in CRM and NOT in Outlook
  3. The user start following the contact
  4. The contact get synced to Outlook (this is basically the proof, that our filter works)
  5. The user unfollows the contact
  6. The contact remains in Outlook (This is the problem!)

Normally the contact should get removed from outlook, this is how it works in other systems. We use exactly the same filter in different systems and it works everywhere despite of this system.

Does anyone have an idea, where the problem could be?

Thanks Slight smile
