I want to create a new activity type for Online Meetings, and rename the existing Appointment as Onsite Appointment (if poss).
However I'm stuck. I've found some instructions on how to do this using the legacy entity window, but the Activity tick box (to mark it as an activity) is always disabled. In the new Entity window, well, the instructions don't relate. Whilst I can see the Activity option set in the new Power Apps window, I can't edit the Activity Type option set, it's disabled.
Any ideas how I can do that?
Yes, you can change the display name of OOB Appointment entity to your preferred display name. And regarding your second ask " I want to create a new activity type for Online Meetings", can you please share additional information like screenshots of behavior observed when creating an activity type entity.
