I created a new user for CRM. I set the user up to have "no admin center access". I have added the security role to the user and the group.
When I try to login I get the following error message (see below). I have delete and recreated the user several times. I have done this before. Can't understand what I am doing wrong. If I make the user global admin. Then the login works.
Have you assigned any roles in CRM to new user?
Are you assigning him a License ?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes to synchronise information from office 365 to dynamic 365.

I did wait over 8 hours. No luck.

Try to open crm in "old interface" using following url - PutYourOrgNameHere.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx
Potentially it can bring you more descriptive error.
is it happening for one specific user of you are not able to add any other user.
Please add Dynamic 365 Customer engagement license.
Once License is added, you check if user is listed in Dynamic CRM from your Admin Login.
Then assign him the Security role and then ask user to logon on.

Change above highlighted text to your CRM user to open it in Classic Mode.
