We are a small company and we are planning to use Dynamics 365 Field Service for Transportation services.
My question is that how should we license our mobile app users? Do they need full Dynamics 365 Field Service license or is there any other way to license it?
Most of our users would only use the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app to see Scheduled Work Orders to check the map where they should go next.
I appreciate all of your suggestions and answers!
