1.Please suggests me how to add more than four custom entities in Unified interface for global search or relevance search in ms crm.i.e for mobile app .
2. And i tried by enabling relevance search and add entities in configurable search by while doing relevance or global search it is not reflecting the record in mobile app MS CRM suggest me.
If you have added the custom entity for relevance search few days ago, then you can try to disable the relevance search and enable it again and then observe the results.
There is no different option to add the entities for UCI App, Entities has to be added through "configure relevance search" option only.
There is no limit on how many entities you can include in the Relevance Search results. However, there is a limit on the total number of fields in the external search index. Currently, the maximum is 1000 searchable fields for an organization. When you select an entity to include in the search results, you’ll notice a number in parentheses next to the entity name. The number indicates how many fields each entity uses in the external search index. Some fields, such as Primary Name and ID, are shared by multiple entities and don't count toward the total. Additionally, some field types use more than one field in the external search index as indicated in this table.
The progress bar Total fields indexed shows the percentage of indexed fields to the maximum allowed number of searchable fields.
I tried , this but it is not searching the record for the other entities ,it will search the record listed in the filter apart from that it won't search the other entities .please suggest me if u have any solution for this.
