When i Login to my portal through Azure AD and try to create a case through web form, in the customer field , it has two account and contact lookup view but only my name is visible in the customer lookup view and account lookup view in empty. How do I add other names or organization names in that lookup view so that i can select my user name or organization name while submiting the case?.. Because while I am editing the form and that preview section all the lookup view are working fine but not in portal. Kindly Help.
Also I want to have all cases to be visible in the externals guests of that same organization not just individual login.. I heard we need to work on account and parent scope for the same. Where do we achieve that ?
Please take a look at the entity permissions documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-entity-permissions
It's default behaviour is if you select an account as the Customer, it will hide the contact field. If you select an Account, it will show the contact field.
