We have users with a Sales license who are unable to add an email marketing templates, this has only happened since we upgraded to the latest Marketing app version.
I have system admin access and it is fine but any other user is not.
Is this something to do with the user preferences or a setting we need to address?
Before Wave 2 2019 users with a sales license were able to add email marketing templates. Since Wave 2 this is not possible anymore. Right?
Thank you for this additional information.
