i have a problem that my crm don write automatically a contact from unknown Email sender (pictures 1)
So i have check the queue Creation and update rule the option "Create records for email from unknown senders" .(pictures 2)
Now my crm create a contact if the sender is unknown and everything is fine.
The problem is that i receive now the email just in the Activities entity and not more int the Queue!!!
Can anyone help me?
Thank you Hedi for reaching out to the Dynamics Communities. If you would like to have Activities moved a specific queue, I would suggest using a Workflow. docs.microsoft.com/.../workflow-processes. You can create a workflow that will check for newly created Activities and based on criteria can move those to a queue.
