Need to know if there will be any impact on the ms crm 365 applications due to forced update on Field Service and Project Service automation even though we we not using this modules in our application.
Just want to know if it would impact on classical UI of MS CRM 365.
There should not be a major impact after upgrading PSA and FS apart from the one mentioned here, however we recommend you to update first in trial/Test org, verify the behavior and then upgrade in production
I would like to understand that if these applications are not in use then why are you doing an upgrade to them
You might face some issue in opportunity form which can be rectified. Once you upgrade fs and PSA, the sales form or the opportunity forms might be disabled then you can follow the mitigation provided,.
1. For non-FS Opportunity form, Opportunity Form, Opportunity Form (Old version), use FS.Opportunity.Library.LoadStandardForm for OnLoad event.
2. Make sure 'Pass execution context as first parameter' is checked
3. Customer can control which forms are available in a specific app by updating app module
Go to Customizations->Model-Driven App-> Open Premix, go to Entity -> Opportunity->Forms, only select which forms want to use and unselect other forms

Thanks for the reply. we are not using any of these modules , but since we had the complete set up it has been detected by microsoft and they have send the notification. Basically need to cross check if there is no impact on UI as of now until we make the code changes for unified interface which is to come in October.
As of now it should not have any impact until you have customizations/code changes. However we always recommend to upgrade in test org and then based on the functionality upgrade the FS and PSA in production org
