Hi all,

as Voice is the customer gets deprecated I´m looking to replace it at our customers with Forms Pro. 
The automatic trigger works well but there are customers that want to send the surveys manually from D365 Sales / Service (Customer Engagement).

I see a number of entities related to Forms pro but no functionalities (menu-entries), an app nor a separate "Activity" (like for Voice of the Customer) that is available.

If the survey is triggered from Flow then I get an Forms Pro activity at the customer in the timeline.


  • Is there a out-of-the-box possibility to create from CE an activity for a contact to send a forms pro survey invitation ?

  • If not, is this planned (and not yet available) or do we (as a partner) have to build this ?
