How to get email conversation in email activity?
I'm able to send the mail from CRM. But if the mail got replayed from customer, It is not showing in Email activity field.
I'm using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise version
Generally, you will get replayed emails from customers in Outlook.
If your D365 is connected to Exchange and server-side synchronization is configured, then you can select "Email messages in response to email." in D365's personal settings. This is also its default option.
The description of "Email messages in response to email." is "Only replies to email messages that have already been tracked will be saved as email activities. This option uses smart matching, a correlation method that uses the existing properties contained in the email to relate email messages to activities."
Therefore, by automatically tracking "Email messages in response to email.", replayed emails from customers will be automatically tracked into D365 as email activities.
