Is it possible to make a workflow, that trigger when a case is assigned to somebody? Lets say, i make a sales opportunity for somebody else, when i assign it to him, he will get an email or a notify on Microsoft team.
We use CRM Sales Professional.

Soren, regarding your question, you can use an async workflow to send an email when the owner of the oppotunity is changed. Like the sample below:
Regarding to use Microsft Teams, it is possible, but in this case you need to use Power Automate to create a flow to run when the ownerid is changed and them send a notification to the user. Power Automate is not included on Dynamics 365 Sales Professional
If a change to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise was possible or sign-up for Power Automate to use premium connectors you can create a flow like the sample below
