Hi CRM Experts,

We have a request where some Exco member want to have CRM 'Contacts' on their mobile in both online and offline mode. We have suggested 2 approach either via Outlook Client OR via Dynamics mobile App.

Now we need to understand

  • which approach is better to have latest updated Contacts details on mobile in both online and offline mode
  • What all the security aspects or concerns in terms of
    • data store locally on mobile, may arise in case of mobile lost etc.
    • CRM Servers security in case of login via Dynamics App 

We are on Dynamics 2016 SP1 On-Premise.
