We have CRM 2016 on-premise 8.1
We are testing it on IOS (iPhone X) devices.
We are not getting user-friendly interface.. Can somebody confirm, if this is normal?
Is CRM 2016 suppose to function normally on latest Apple devices? Do we need patches?
If you access via Safari, the UI view you are looking at is probably the "Mobile Express" UI.
CRM v8.x is forcibly redirected to a URL dedicated to Mobile Express when accessed from a mobile browser.
When you want to use modern UI, I suggest to use "Dynamics 365 for Phone" native app.
