On our account form we have this simple lookup for Department (Vestiging). If I type in the value directly and tab out of the field, the value gets validated (bold and clickable) but still the white-in-red "this value does not exist" cross appears. The form can be saved and then the cross disappears so no real trouble here. Yet, the display of the cross doesn't make sense to me.
Is this a known bug (couldn't find anything about is though)?
(Dynamics CRM 2016/365 8.2 on premise)
I can't see your setting for the lookup field.
Try enabling this flag.
I left all settings default. Changing this checkbox doesn't change the unwanted behavior, unfortunately...
Any more ideas?
