HI! We have employees working remotely and some are having problems with their set regarding working due to slow internet speeds. As you can see from the picture below that it looks as though the set regard function is going to work, but it never appears on the contact or opportunity. Can anyone tell me if they synchronize Outlook and CRM on their laptop before designating their desktop as the computer to be the client to perform synchronization if the 'set regard' will still occur days after it is initiated? If not is there a way to 'set regard' at a future date so that it happens automatically when they return to the office? There would be quite a few emails set regarded so I'm trying to find an automated solution for our customer service team. Thank you!
I see you are using Dynamics 365 for Outlook. The Add-in has also Offline capabilities.
The Users could use it Offline and sync up when going online at the office.
