I cannot create a Trial test for Dynamics 365 although I have always created that without any problem.
Has somebody got the same error ever?
Ana Teresa Pereira who works for Microsoft, says you should raise a support ticket with MS Office Support.

I've seen this error message for my mobile number which has been previously used for trial signups quite frequently. I had to use another mobile number to proceed with the sign up. Can you try using another mobile number to see if it helps?
Another option would be to use a work account (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) over here on this page to proceed signing up a new trial instance or join an existing trial org for your organization. This process doesn't require Phone OTP verification instead just a sign-on for the work account used.https://trials.dynamics.com/

Hi, that's correct, if you don't have any other number to use or you want to keep the same phone or email address in order to continue with trial configuration then you need to raise a support request with our billing team:) thank you
