I have a quote with 5 lines on it. Almost all quotes will be exactly the same but perhaps the price will change.
I understand I can use the repeating rows to add all 5 lines.
But my quote document is bout 20 pages and I would like 1 price, then a page of related data, then another price then a page of data etc.
Is there a way to do this?
Like I need a way to select the price where the product = myproduct then write the value.
Then repeat later in the document.
I really do not want to have to do this in SSRS.
you can consider exploring nested tables within tables in order to achieve what you are mentioning.
I am not sure if that will work for you, but configuration similar to below; my example generated an account id and related contacts, "fullname" is the attribute from the related contacts where I added as "repeat" on the table and nested an additional table inside:
Unfortunately I did not have any luck with inserting a page break in the nested table but you might find a different way to fulfill your requirements via that approach
