Im not sure how i should be implementing
Hi, in your Entity List you can setup multiple views and I am assuming you already did that
The views are always based on a views in your D365/CDS environment
You can setup different filter criteria and different columns for each view, please refer to the following: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-and-edit-views
This is done in the D365/CDS customization area, not in the Portals area

Can we edit the view in crm side to show (portal logged in user's) parent account records only?
Yes, this is all controlled by Entity Permissions: docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-entity-permissions
