I am trying to Test and Enable and Approve emails within Dynamics 365 for various users. I am a system admin for the business but I am not an Administrator (Global and Exchange) of the Microsoft platform for the business and the corporate structure does not allow for me to made as such.
Does anyone know if only Global and /or Exchange Admins can approve email addresses etc on inboxes?
Yes you'll need Global Admin for Office 365 to approve inboxes for server side sync.
