hi i want to transfer in another entity via a link in crm. is it possible?
In Dynamics 365, you may use the following link to visit another entity through a link.
Sample access to case entity:
Could you please provide more details on the requirement as what do you want to achieve here?
If you requirement is to navigate to another entity then you can add custom button and you can add JS on Button action handler to navigate to another entity.
You can also add Sitemap area and define the entity to which you want to navigate.
exactly i want to create a button so when a user is in an entity named X and he or she want to go in an other entity named Y press that button and doesnt need to search it in navigation.
You may try to use the solution I provided and make it as a ribbon.
actually i work on crm 2015
Use below JS code on button action handler.
window.top.location.href = "url";
replace url with the below url.
Use below code to get CRM URL and ORG
var serverUrl = using Xrm.Page.context.getClientUrl().
