I am unable to find the option "allow other users to send emails on my behalf" for a specific user in personal settings.I have given the permissions in the security role.
The Synchronization Profile is also set to:
Server Profile: Microsoft Exchange Online
Incoming Email: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router
Outgoing Email: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router
Appointments, Contacts and Tasks: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlookstill I am unable to find the option.

Meanwhile, if you are CRM system admin, you may use "User Settings Utility" in XRM Tool Box to configure the setting for all the users.
