My customer recently upgraded to the last available version on premise (Version 1612 (184.108.40.20634) (database version 220.127.116.1134) local.
I have situations where the currently deployed Outlook add-in (2016 version) works fine using the same URL which is the same of the old 8.2 instance.
I also have the situation where the configuration of the instance fails half of the way wich is the case on my PC.
I am trying to deploy on a workstation the Outlook add-in for Dynamics 365 v 9.0 (downloaded file = CRM9.0-Client-FRA-i386) and I am trying a way to deploy it witout an internet connection (in a second time, the client will be deployed on users workstations using SCCM and it won't be possible to include download during the install.

The installation fails anyway trying to dowlnoad language module :

Any idea folks ? I can't manage to find an article or a how-to that applies to the latest outlook client.
It seems that downloading language module failed because of internet connection issue.
Please try to install language packs with the following link before installing COM add-in.
I recommend you to create a support ticket for further investigation if the issue is not resolved.
