We worked with our CRM as usual. For example we created a phone call (also other activities) and it appears at the activity pane. But suddenly an user cannot see a record at the activity pane anymore. It is like disappeared from nowhere. Sometimes he receives an error about SQL/server issue. Please note other users are able to see the records but one user cannot see the activities in spite of he has seen it before. We did not change something in our system.
What is the reason of this? Thank you for your help.
Is there anything different between this user configuration and other users?
The browser they are using, security roles, etc...
This can be a needle in a haystack.
If the user is using the same configuration, try and check if this is happening when running Dynamics in InPrivate mode.
