In Plugin Selection tool when you first log in a new connection it gives you two options to select from when you are selecting the organization. One is the actual norganization name and the other is the user email the one with firstname.lastname@example.org (in case you are using trial version of Dynamics 365). I mistakenly chose the latter, but I think I was meant to choose the company name. But now I can't go back to the organization selection list. Whenever I try to uconnect using my username and pass in the tool, it keeps sending me to the email@example.com by default.
You should get an option to add an org again by navigating to create a new connection.

When I create new connection, it asks me to log in again, after I login, it doesn't give me the option to select org, but instead momentarily shows that it is loading default org and reloads the user org, not the company name org.
Navigate to below folder on your local machine and delete all files.
Now reload plugin registration tool. You should be able to select org.
