Last week the following function was working on our Account Field Primary Email on our Dynamics 365 App.
The Primary Email Field was created from the managed system field emailaddress1.
As per highlighted Icon.
As of Monday the 27th of July this function no longer works.
I have adjusted the field on the form but this does not fix the issue.
Does anymore have any suggestions
Can you please share more information on how you are updating this field, are you using any code to achieve this?
If no code is involved please let me know the configuration you are following and I will verify the same and let you know the next step.
Can you please try in other browser and check?
Also, is this working on other entities in your crm instance?
Can you also remove the field from form and then add it back. publish and see if it works.

To clarify the online version works fine, I should have explained myself better.
When predominately use the Dynamics 365 App via Outlook. It is in this location that the Icon with the Envelope with pen is not creating a new email to send to the email address populated in this field.
It simply just stopped working. It works fine on the Dynamics 365 online version. I have gone through and taken field out of form saved published added it back in but it has not had any affect.
I am not writing any scripts simply using the fields available to create/customize our own form under the Entity Accounts.
Any additional ideas would be welcome.
